One of France’s greatest restaurateurs once said that if people would simply pick their favorite wines to go along with their favorite dishes, they would be a great deal happier. But what if you don't know enough about wine to have many “favorites”? Then you need to attend one of the McAllen International Museum’s most popular summer events: the annual Wine Tasting at the Museum on Thursday, August 26 from 6:00 to 9:00

pm. Here is your chance to learn about wine, taste a large variety of vintages from over 40 wineries and to sample hors d’oeuvres from some of the Valley’s finest restaurants. And to make your evening even more enjoyable, you will be entertained by the live music of Brooks Ausborn.

This special evening is being sponsored by Holiday Wine and Liquor of the Valley. All proceeds benefit the Museum’s education programs. Tickets are $35 for Museum members and $40 for non-members and can be purchased at Holiday Wine and Liquor or at the Museum.
